Land & Market Access
The BIPOC Food & Farming Land Access Project is designed to improve the livelihoods of regenerative farmers, growers and food producers of color in southwest Ohio. The project’s fundamental mission is to help farmers move from surviving to thriving. Through financial support from the Project L.L.A.M.A. (Local Land & Market Access) Futures Fund, farmers of color will receive assistance in the acquisition of land to expand growing operations. The program also includes several training programs, such as farm incubators and workshops to help growers overcome zoning and legal challenges; improve connections to markets; develop farmer cooperatives, and strengthen connections throughout the food system.
We are hiring for a Microloan Manager who will assist in administering the loan from the future funds.
